aiValet is a computer vision-powered system deployed at KLIA2 Airport to streamline the e-hailing experience. It integrates real-time AI services to detect vehicles, read number plates, and display arrival information for passengers. Cameras connected to the barrier system ensure only verified vehicles can enter, while displays and mobile alerts help passengers board their rides quickly and efficiently.

Smart Transportation & AI
Improve the e-hailing experience at a busy international airport by automating vehicle detection, tracking, and passenger notification using AI and real-time computer vision.
We implemented a system where high-definition cameras feed video streams to our AI service that detects vehicles and reads license plates. Data is displayed on large screens and synced to a mobile-friendly web app. Passengers can search for their ride by number plate and receive alerts as the vehicle approaches, reducing congestion and wait times.
Improved airport e-hailing flow and reduced passenger wait times
Accurate real-time number plate recognition using AI models
Seamless barrier integration with computer vision system for vehicle entry validation
Developed mobile-friendly web view for passengers to track their rides
Rebel Force’s professionalism, guidance, and execution in designing and deploying the first-ever LPRS system at KLIA2 has been — and continues to be — deeply appreciated by the taxi operations team. Their flexibility and adaptability were instrumental in ensuring the project ran smoothly, despite the differences in operational culture.
